These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Luna Trading Flow website, client portal, community and mentorship program (together, the "Services"). By purchasing or using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Educational services only

Luna Trading Flow provides trading education and mentorship. Nothing provided through the Services — including lessons, sessions, trade reviews, live trading, community discussion, daily bias, watchlists or levels — is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security, future or other instrument. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

2. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee that you will pass any evaluation, become funded, receive a payout, earn any profit, or achieve any particular result. Milestones shown in the portal are goals used for tracking progress only. Student results vary.

3. The program

Phase 1 ("Trading Foundation") runs for approximately 60 days from enrollment and includes the features described at the time of purchase. Phase 2 ("Funded Development") is an optional upgrade. Phase 2 includes ongoing access to the client portal, the private community and educational material for the lifetime of the program, along with continued access to scheduled mentorship, group sessions, live trading and office hours as offered. It does not include unlimited private 1-on-1 access.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Accounts are personal and may not be shared. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, sharing of content, harassment of other members, or violation of these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

All content in the Services is owned by Luna Trading Flow or its licensors and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, record, redistribute or resell any content.

6. Third-party services

Prop firms, brokers, trading platforms, Discord and payment processors are independent third parties. We are not responsible for their rules, decisions, payouts or services.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luna Trading Flow is not liable for any trading losses, evaluation fees, lost profits or indirect damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms or the Services from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
