Because the program includes immediate access to private educational content and personal mentorship time, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

Phase 1

If you request a refund within 48 hours of purchase and before your first 1-on-1 session, contact us and we will review the request in good faith.

Phase 2

Phase 2 upgrades are non-refundable once access to the community, live trading or Phase 2 material has been granted.

Third-party fees

Evaluation fees, platform fees, data fees and any other amounts paid to third parties are never refundable by Luna Trading Flow.
