• Program information: your phase, progress, sessions, notes and action items.
• Information you enter: trading journal entries, screenshots, trading account details and payout records.
• Payment information: payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
• Basic technical data needed to operate the site, such as session cookies.

How we use it

To provide the mentorship and portal, give feedback on your trades, track your progress, communicate with you, process payments and keep the Services secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Services (for example hosting, email and payment processing), or when required by law. Your journal, accounts and payouts are visible only to you and your mentor.

Cookies

We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies.

Retention and your choices

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed for legal and business purposes. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing lunatradingflow@gmail.com.
